RAW419 is a Toledo, Ohio-based nonprofit peer-support community focused on women's mental health. We provide peer support, community programming, and mental health education. RAW419 is not a licensed mental health provider, therapy practice, or crisis intervention service. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, and that you agree to be bound by them. RAW419 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3.Peer Support Disclaimer
RAW419 provides peer support and mental health education — not therapy, clinical counseling, diagnosis, or emergency treatment. Facilitators and volunteers are not licensed mental health clinicians unless separately and explicitly noted. Participation in RAW419 programs, events, or online content does not create a therapist-client relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 immediately.
4.Not an Emergency Service
Our website, contact forms, and email communications are not monitored 24/7 and are not emergency services. Do not use this website to seek emergency mental health assistance. In a crisis, call or text 988 or call 911. RAW419 assumes no liability for delays in responding to form submissions or emails.
5.Permitted Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its related systems. You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from this website without our prior written consent.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials — is the property of RAW419 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Online donation processing is not currently available on this website. If you express interest in donating through our contact form, a RAW419 representative will follow up with you directly. RAW419 has not yet received 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status; donations are not currently tax-deductible. We will update this section when our tax-exempt status changes.
