What to Expect

01

Arrive as you are

Come exactly as you are — no preparation needed. Grab a seat, take a breath, and settle in.

02

Icebreaker

A light, low-pressure activity to help everyone feel comfortable and connected before we dive in.

03

Guided topic

A facilitator introduces a topic related to mental wellness, relationships, or personal growth. Sharing is always optional.

04

Leave with encouragement

Every session closes with affirmations and reminders that you are not alone — and that showing up is enough.

Group Agreements

To keep our space safe for everyone, we ask all attendees to honor these agreements.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the group stays in the group. We protect each other's stories.

No advice-giving

We listen to understand, not to fix. Unsolicited advice is not part of our culture.

Speak from your own experience

Use "I" statements. We share our own stories, not opinions about others' choices.

Step up, step back

If you tend to be quiet, challenge yourself to share. If you tend to talk a lot, make space for others.

No phones during sharing

Be present. Phones should be silenced and put away while others are sharing.

Respect all experiences

We come from different backgrounds. All experiences are valid here — no judgment, no comparison.
